GRAHAM + SIBBALD are one of Scotland's largest independent multi-disciplined firms of Chartered Surveyors.

The Ayrshire office provides the complete range of Residential and Commercial Surveys throughout East Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, North Ayrshire (including Arran, Millport & Cumbrae) and Dumfries & Galloway from their base in Kilmarnock.

The Residential Department undertakes Home Reports, Homebuyer/Scheme 2 Surveys, Mortgage Valuations, Drive by surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) as well as Residential Development Appraisals.  We are on all major lending panels and receive instructions from all major instructing platforms.

The Commercial Department provide the complete range of Commercial Services including Agency (sale and lettings) for owner occupiers and Rent Review advice for both landlords and tenants, along with Valuation work.

We also have a Building Surveying Department to provide the complete service to our clients.

We also have dedicated Healthcare, Architectural Services, Investment, Licensed Trade & Leisure, Planning, Petroleum and Rating, departments within our network of 14 offices throughout the UK.
